Gemma is a collection of pieces that were released as NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) on Makersplace. All 3 pieces are heavily inspired by my childhood obsession for rocks and minerals. I used to live a few blocks away from a big minerals store and because of that, I used to visit it all the time.
I was fascinated by how different colors and shapes could evoke different emotions. That's exactly what I've tried to bring with this collection.
"Breathe deeply. Stay calm."
"Feel the power. Go for it."
"Pause. Reflect."
Below are some early explorations of crystals. Was important to experiment with different shapes and materials in order to find the ideal match.
